Review - My First Experience of Charlotte Square Club |

The decision to go was quite last minute. I had heard about the JCI's Charlotte Square Club, but since being the sole centre of attention, in front of a room full of people, is my idea of hell, it did not seem like a good idea to go willingly into an arena where this was the intention. I was curious though, and knew confidence in public speaking was something that, if I could overcome my issues and become competent in doing, would have far reaching benefits.

Some people choose to start October off in a normal fashion by meeting friends on a Friday night and going for a drink. Some JCI members decided this October to face their fears.
This year Iain, Erin, Laura, Natalie and myself decided to in our great wisdom to raise enough money to participate in the Fire Walk being held and organised by Edinburgh Zoo raising money for the Royal Zoological Society.
