Free Training Places - 3rd May
Scottish Business in the Community
Six Free Training places
Scottish Business In the Community run a very successful programme called Job Coaching, where organisations normally pay £395 per member of staff to undergo 2 days training as Coaches in job search and career development. This is seen by organisations as a great personal development opportunity for the individual, work place development from the skills they bring back to the organisation and a wonderful opportunity to invest and engage in their local community.
The indivduals then commit to 6 months coaching an individual that has been through an employability programme and work placement with Marks and Spencers or the Royal Mail and wishing to actively seek employment after long term unemployment. During this time it is suggested that the Coach and Coachee meet once a week or fornightly at the start and then they can choose to meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly thereafter. The individuals are also co- coached by other Job coaches on the programme once a month.
Due to a last minute cancellation by one of our member organisations we have 6 FREE places on the next course that starts on May the 3rd and the second days training is on May 25th. This is a one off offer.
