Thanks again for arranging another fantastic Enterprise workshop.
Michael Christon's So You Think You Can Sell resonated on so many levels for me and reminded me of some basic selling concepts and provided me with several new tips to use as well.
'Know thy customer' may have been the basic tenet of what he said, but it was put over in a way that was both interesting and immediately useful.
It certainly got me thinking about who I wanted as a customer, and despite thinking that I had that information, it quickly showed gaps in my knowledge.
That very morning I had picked up what Michael (and now me) would class as D customer and had been regretting it all day. To be reminded that I should say NO on occasions is invaluable, althought slightly too late in this particular instance. No more D customers for my company.
Once again I came away with not only a new insight to my own business, but buzzing with ideas on ways to improve upon my business. The series of entrepreneur workshops have been fantastic in terms of learning not only from the speakers but also from the sharing of ideas and knowledge within the group.
So thank you very much for putting together an interesting and varied program that helps me develop my business.
